Follow-up on what was agreed: coordination of workstreams, vendor oversight and reporting at the level of detail leadership needs.
Bekta does not develop software, integrate systems or run help desks. It evaluates, advises, coordinates, oversees and guides. Technical execution stays with internal teams and vendors, and decisions stay with leadership.
