Bekta is an independent strategic consulting firm. It assesses companies’ technology situation, guides leadership decisions, prioritizes investment and accompanies the projects that follow from them.
Approach
Technology rarely fails for purely technical reasons. Behind a system nobody uses, a project that slips or an investment that does not pay off, you usually find processes, the distribution of responsibilities, the vendor relationship and the attention leadership gives the area. That is why the evaluation considers technology, people, processes, management and business objectives — not the platform alone.
The result is delivered in terms of decisions: what should be addressed first, what risk is accepted by deferring it, and what each option implies for the budget. Translating the technical into business criteria is part of the work, not an appendix.

Independence and division of responsibilities
Bekta neither sells nor implements the solution it recommends. That separation is deliberate, and it is why a recommendation can hold up in front of a board.

Carry out technical execution: configuration, development, integration, implementation and system operation.

Approves priorities, budget and decisions, and sets the level of risk the company is prepared to accept.
That division does not dilute Bekta’s responsibility. It answers for the rigor of the assessment, for the quality of the coordination and for leadership having what it needs to decide, in time. When something goes off track, the job is to flag it early and with evidence, not to explain it afterwards.
Experience
Bekta’s work rests on experience running technology areas and projects in corporate environments, working directly with general management, finance and operations.
The practice spans sectors. The method does not change with the industry; what changes is the operating context, the constraints and the business criteria used to weigh the findings.
Details of previous engagements and the corresponding references are shared during the commercial process, with the authorization of each organization involved.
What Bekta does not do
Delimiting the scope prevents misunderstandings and is part of the proposal from the first conversation.

- It does not resell, implement or configure the solutions it recommends.
- It does not replace the IT function or take over its operation.
- It does not deliver training.
Where it operates
Bekta is based in Hermosillo, Sonora, and serves mainly mid-size and large companies in Mexico. It also serves companies in the United States. The work combines remote and on-site sessions as the agreed scope requires.
