Complementary service
Artificial intelligence applied to the business
Identification of artificial intelligence opportunities, evaluation of their feasibility and guidance through selection, testing and adoption, with result criteria defined from the outset.
When to engage it
When there is interest or pressure to adopt AI and the viable needs separating from what is not viable yet.
- AI proposals have been received and there are no criteria to compare them.
- There is interest from the board or leadership and no clarity on where it would apply in the operation.
- Isolated pilots were run that never reached production or a measurable result.
- You want to know which cases are viable with the information and systems the company already has.
- Cost, vendor dependency and risk need sizing before committing budget.
What it covers
The work concentrates on the business decision: which cases are worth it, under what conditions, and how the result is verified.
Opportunities
- Identification of use cases from the actual operation
- Discarding cases that the available information cannot support
- Assessment of the expected effect on the affected process
- Prioritization by impact, risk and effort
Feasibility
- Availability and condition of the information required
- Compatibility with current systems and processes
- Estimated cost, vendor dependency and contractual conditions
- Risks to weigh before committing budget
Selection, testing and adoption
- Criteria for comparing alternatives and vendors
- Definition of narrow tests with a verifiable result
- Guidance during the test and reading of its results
- Follow-up on adoption when the case moves forward
What you receive
Identified use cases
The opportunities detected in the operation, the process each applies to and the effect that would be expected from it.
Feasibility evaluation
Analysis of available information, technical compatibility, cost, dependencies and risks for the prioritized cases.
Selection and test criteria
The criteria for comparing alternatives and the design of narrow tests with a verifiable result.
Results follow-up
The reading of what the tests produced and the recommendation on whether to continue, adjust or stop.
Deliverables and the cases evaluated are defined in the scope agreed before starting.
How Bekta works with your team and your vendors
Bekta guides the decision and accompanies the process. Building and operating the solutions falls outside its scope.
-
Bekta
Identifies opportunities, evaluates feasibility, defines comparison and test criteria, and guides adoption.
-
Business areas
Contribute process knowledge, take part in the tests and judge the result within their operation.
-
Internal teams and vendors
Develop, integrate and operate the solutions and models that are adopted.
-
Executive leadership
Approves the budget, the acceptable level of risk and the decision to continue or stop.
This service does not include training. Nor does Bekta build agents, software or integrations: that execution belongs to internal teams and to the vendors selected.
Frequently asked questions
Does Bekta build the models or the agents?
No. Bekta identifies opportunities, evaluates their feasibility and guides selection, testing and adoption. Development and integration belong to internal teams and vendors.
Does the service include training for the team?
No. Training is not part of this service.
What if the conclusion is that it is not worth it yet?
That is presented with its supporting evidence. Discarding a case in time, or deferring it until the necessary information exists, avoids committing budget to an initiative that would not reach a measurable result.
Do the data need to be in order before starting?
Not for the evaluation: the state of the information is precisely one of the points reviewed, and it often determines which cases are viable today and which require a prior step.
How do you avoid depending on a single vendor?
Vendor dependency is evaluated explicitly as part of feasibility: what exiting would involve, what stays in the company’s hands and which contractual conditions are worth reviewing before committing.
Which AI case is on your table?
Describe the process and what you expect to obtain. We propose a meeting to review feasibility and frame the scope.
A meeting is proposed after the first contact, once the context is understood.
